Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and maintain professional product knowledge. You will prepare, serve, and break down products and supplies while engaging consumers in a friendly, informative manner.

Role involves evaluating customer needs, presenting product benefits, and ensuring a tidy demonstration area. Occasional travel and a part-time schedule are possible; bilingual skills may be needed based on business necessity.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with personal computer or mobile device, applications and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain adequate knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of products clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visit prep and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements the same day as Event execution.
• Access internet and navigate company systems (Outlook, Word, PDFs).
