Job summary

ScanScape Wilmington, NC is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly, scan barcodes on displays and aisles, and help improve product sales performance. The role uses a mobile app to capture data across grocery, convenience, drug, and other retailers.

The base hours average 2–4.5 per week per store, with occasional 1–2 extra hours for special projects. Travel is paid at the hourly rate; eligibility for 401(k) with employer matching and a referral program are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and access products.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use mobile app to record product quantities and locations.
• Complete in-store data collection for multiple retailers across 52 weeks a year.
