Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores weekly, scanning barcodes on displays and in-aisle locations to support data-driven sales improvements.

Average 2–5 hours per week across all stores, with additional 1–2 hours per week per store for special projects. A reliable vehicle and driver’s license required. Paid travel at hourly rate, 401(k) eligibility, and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in stores.
• Provide product quantity data for a subset of scanned items (about 45%).
• Complete Display Scanning across the store weekly within deadlines.
• Participate in Custom Projects that may add 1–2 hours in busy weeks.
