Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Vineland, NJ to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will engage with guests, showcase AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across salesfloor, wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, loves interacting with people, has retail experience, and is available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and bring energy to a fast-paced retail environment.
• You can handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing great guest experiences.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
• Experience in retail helps you hit the ground running in-store.
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
