Job summary

AEO's Aerie Brand Ambassador in Aurora, IL is a part-time role focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our brand with pride.

You’ll engage guests using our sales model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding store policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You bring energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policies.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
