Job summary

Aerie by AEO in Aurora, OH is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to elevate the guest experience and bring our brand to life daily. You will represent the brand with energy, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, with retail experience and a passion for AE/Aerie products, available for evenings, weekends and holidays, and committed to brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to educate guests on AE/Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and help them find products using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make informed recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
