MTC Care is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide in-person psychotherapy services in Wakefield, MA, two days per week. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in long-term care settings, with an established caseload and no unnecessary administrative burden.

You will join a supportive clinical team, receive supervision and CE stipend, and work with interdisciplinary staff to improve quality of life for adults and seniors.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor with ability to practice and bill independently.
• Active license in MA or states where MTC Care operates.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Complete mood and symptom-based screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors.
• Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams.
