Job summary

MTC Care is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to work in person in Wakefield/North Andover, MA. The role offers 2 days per week, part-time hours with a supportive team and a focus on meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s in Social Work and an active LPC license.
• Active licensure to practice in the states where MTC Care operates.
• Experience treating adults and/or seniors, especially with severe mental illness, is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Complete mood and symptom-based screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors.
• Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams.
