Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client service locations in the assigned area.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Supervise, train, and provide practical feedback to behavior technicians.
• Coach caregivers on strategies they can use in daily routines.
• Review client data and adjust treatment based on progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
