Key responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing ABA programs for children with autism, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to ensure progress across settings. Housing and travel reimbursements are part of the package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience developing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and FBAs.
• Strong understanding of DTT, NET, and Verbal Behavior.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff, including ongoing training and feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams for consistency.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development.
