Job summary

KinderReady Behavior Solutions in California is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate individualized ABA intervention plans for children with autism. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behavioral changes and developmental progress.

This in-person role requires traveling to Alpine, Imperial Beach, and Chula Vista as needed, with 10–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, team members, and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and evaluate ABA intervention programs tailored to each individual's needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges, informing strategies.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff implementing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor progress and modify intervention plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA and autism interventions.
