Job summary

Aspirus Medford Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Therapy team in Medford, WI. The OTA works with one OT to implement patient care plans across in-patient settings, including acute hospital, swing bed, and SNF, with a mix of diagnoses.

Part-time or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours per pay period, typically Monday–Friday; weekends are uncommon with occasional holiday coverage. Wisconsin/Michigan licensure and BLS are required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan OT Assistant licensure required.
• BLS certification or within 90 days of hire is required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with one Occupational Therapist to cover all settings per treatment plan.
• In-patient role including acute hospital, swing bed, and SNF settings.
• Primarily Monday–Friday with occasional holiday coverage.
