Job summary

Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to illness/injury.
- Knowledge of state and federal home-care regulatory guidelines preferred.
- Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication.
- Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team.
