Job summary
A leading home health agency in California is seeking a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to assist patients with communication disorders. Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior regarding illness/injury effects.
- Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.
- Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
- Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and interdisciplinary care team member.
