The ideal candidate will provide skilled services to assist patients with communication functions, work with an interdisciplinary team, and have a current CA Speech Therapist License. Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
• Experience with high acuity patients is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication.
• Serve as an educator and patient advocate.
