Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in the coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Part-time physician role with in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations to patients in their residence.
• Engage with patients to review medications and medical history.
• Perform physical evaluations and, if ordered, ancillary tests via health plan requirements.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states.
