Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical examination, and, when ordered by the health plan, additional screening tests.

You will travel locally to member homes, conduct diagnostic and preventive services as indicated, and use an intuitive clinical workflow on an iPad. You are not required to prescribe medicines or order labs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD/DO license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations to members in their residences.
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and basic diagnostic testing as ordered by health plans.
• Use iPad with clinical workflow during evaluations; no prescribing or lab orders required in this role.
• Coordinate and communicate findings with the member's health plan and care team.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for visits.
