Job summary

UPMC Home Health is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for the Lock Haven, Renova, and Jersey Shore areas. Day light shift 24 hours a week, providing direct, one-on-one patient care in home settings.

Under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary care to improve patient outcomes. Travel within designated communities required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-approved PTA program and eligible for PA licensure.
• Two years PTA experience preferred; 2000 hours supervised.
• Computer/Windows skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one physical therapy to home health patients.
• Assist PT in implementing and adjusting the plan of care.
• Maintain timely documentation and communication with the supervising PT.
• Travel within Lock Haven, Renova, and Jersey Shore areas.
