BrightStar Care is seeking part-time, in-home CNAs to support clients in the south Minneapolis area. Shifts range from early morning to evenings, with two weekend days per month. You will provide personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship in clients' homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable transportation, and reporting health changes to the care team. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within BrightStar Care.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient, and caring by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care in Home Health/Assisted Living.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work two weekend days per month.

• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming and transfers.

• Coordinate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Seeking part-time flexible in-home caregivers in the south Minneapolis and surrounding areas! Ideally caregivers looking for shifts from 6am-12pm, 12-5p, or 5-10pm! Daily tasks including assisting clients individually in their own homes with personal cares, transfers, meal prep and light housekeeping.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
