Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team in Massachusetts. We offer morning, day, and overnight shifts with flexible part-time or full-time options to fit your schedule.

As a CNA or Personal Care Assistant, you will support seniors with daily activities, mobility, and companionship while adhering to safety and quality standards. We provide benefits and ongoing RN support in a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meals, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Monitor health needs and report concerns to supervisors as needed.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Reliable Transportation.

• Pass a background check.
