Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Caregivers in Massachusetts for part-time and full-time roles. Join our award-winning caregiving team and help clients with daily activities while enjoying flexible shifts and supportive leadership.

Locations include Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Lexington, Littleton, Lincoln, Lowell, Tewksbury, Westford, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn, MA.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.
