Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers with personal care experience for flexible, part-time schedules across multiple MA locations including Littleton. Morning, day, and overnight shifts are available with options for short or long shifts to fit your life.

Earn $18-$21 per hour with benefits such as health insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including mobility, meal prep, hygiene, and meds reminders.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Caregiver Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
