Job summary

Right at Home in Massachusetts is hiring Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants for part-time and full-time shifts across Concord and surrounding towns. Responsibilities include mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and companionship.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18-$22 per hour, health/dental options, a 401(k), referral bonuses, and RN support to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including mobility, housekeeping, meals and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Medication reminders as needed.
