Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is hiring compassionate CNAs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants for flexible part-time and full-time shifts across Bedford, Acton, and neighboring MA communities.

As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, clean home environment. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and access to benefits while supporting seniors in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.
