Job summary

Mdh-Network in Burbank, CA is seeking a part-time Instructor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community, participating in daily routines and recreational activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and experience with the target population, plus a valid California driver’s license for location travel.

High School diploma or GED; must be 18+ years old.
Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or related challenges.
Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance for travel to community locations.
Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals in daily living skills and community activities.
Provide training and developmental support per the Individual's Service Plan.
Document all reporting accurately and timely; communicate with stakeholders.
Coordinate with circle of support including agencies, health care providers, and families.
Promote CARE values and participate in required trainings and meetings.
