Job summary

MDH Network is seeking a Field Trainer for a full-time position in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on coaching team members in behavioral support and community-based activities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will train staff on behavior modification techniques, conduct site visits, and help implement Individual Service Plans while upholding the company CARE values of Compassion, Adaptability, Respect, and Empowerment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train fellow team members on behavioral modification techniques and provide personalized support to Individuals.
• Conduct daily community site visits with new and existing team members to observe, train and offer just-in-time coaching.
• Help implement and monitor Individual’s Service Plans and Health and Behavior plans as applicable.
