Job summary

ADAPTIVE STEPS LLC is looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support families in the Rolling Meadows area. In this part-time role, you will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or completion of the RBT 40-hour training.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client progress.
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
