Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Puyallup, WA seeks Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) for 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings. The role focuses on implementing individualized plans under supervision, collecting data, and delivering compassionate support to children and families.

Hours vary by client availability; additional virtual CBT opportunities may be available. This position offers competitive pay and ongoing supervision from experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
