Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team for 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in Silverdale, WA.

This part-time role offers approximately 20 hours per week with pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, and opportunities to take on additional cases when schedules allow.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children in developing meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
