Job summary

Helping Hands Family is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in a part-time clinic role. You will work with children ages 2–18 and supervise RBTs, delivering impactful treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State Licensure where required.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
