Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium, white-glove demonstrations of smart wearables and MR tech.

You will educate customers, guide them through immersive experiences, and convert demos into new users while maintaining high service standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with a team to meet sales goals, manage daily operations, and ensure displays are engaging and functional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert and articulate wearable/mixed-reality features, benefits and real-world impact to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos that showcase how MR and wearables transform play, learning, work and interaction.
• Guide customers through purchases using the POS to ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs; partner with Retail Manager on action plans when targets fall short.
• Execute daily operations including opening/closing procedures and ensure displays are engaging and clean.
• Bring positive team energy; arrive on time and support team goals in a high-performance environment.
• Be adaptable and perform additional duties to support store operations and customer experience.

We’re growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life. As a part‑time Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a premium, white‑glove customer journey through immersive, hands‑on demonstrations of cutting‑edge wearable and mixed‑reality technologies. You’ll represent our client’s brand with excellence—educating customers, guiding them through transformative tech experiences, and converting demos into delighted new users. Our ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, an exceptional communicator, and passionate about delivering world‑class customer service.

Minimum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

What You’ll Do

• Become the go‑to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client’s wearable and mixed‑reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real‑world impact to every customer.
• Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands‑on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
• Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
• Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
• Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers.
• Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can‑do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high‑performance environment.
• Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
