Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for Oak Park Ice Rink. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, and perform general maintenance to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role requires basic carpentry, tool use, and adherence to safety practices (LOTO). You will work extended hours including nights and weekends, and maintain records and reports on work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge; able to safely use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain building systems including boilers, HVAC, plumbing.
• Repair food service equipment such as ovens and dishwashers.
• Follow preventive maintenance and safety procedures; log work and complete reports.
• Forklifts and pallet jacks operation.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
