Aufgaben

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring satisfaction.
• DipSide: prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes and other ice-cream items for Guests.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock merchandise and keep dip cabinet, shelves and freezers clean and organized.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness, monitor temperatures of equipment and maintain proper records.
• Complete time records and any required reports accurately.
