Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to provide the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes and other treats while serving guests and keeping the store ready for customers.

This part-time role (25 hours or less per week) requires you to be at least 16 years old, work mornings/afternoons/evenings, and handle POS, cash and basic food-service tasks in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate the POS system and gas console, handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and keep dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers filled and presentable.
• Maintain security awareness to prevent theft and follow cash-drop procedures and company policies.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor product temps and equipment.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
