Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will hand-make hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, and prepare food service items for Guests in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

Responsibilities include operating the POS and gas console, stocking and presenting merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store. Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes.
• Operate POS system and Gas Console, process transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable dip cabinets and displays.
• Monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
