United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week). You will work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and earn $11.50–$13.50 per hour.

The job focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, making hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other treats while ensuring safe, efficient operation. Primary duties include guest service, cash handling, POS operations, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Good communication in English with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinet filled, and rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and reporting.
