Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring an Ice Cream Specialist in Cincinnati, OH for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week). You will hand-make hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, serve guests, and follow policy for safe, efficient operations while upholding ethics and laws.

You will also manage POS and gas sales, stock shelves and maintain cleanliness, with shifts possibly 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Must be at least 16 years old and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items for Guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, display units and freezers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety by monitoring Guests and following cash/drop procedures.
• Keep the store and equipment clean; monitor temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
