Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Westerville, OH seeks an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, crafting hand-dipped cones, shakes and treats while keeping the store welcoming and well-stocked.

This part-time position (≤25 hours) reports to the Store Manager and requires friendly customer service, POS operation, and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes and other dip side items.
• Operate POS system and manage cash and transactions.
• Stock and rotate dip cabinet, shelves and displays for freshness.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and proper equipment temperatures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by store management.
