United Dairy Farmers in Loveland, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, serving hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other desserts while maintaining store operations.

This part-time role (25 hours or less) requires reliable teamwork, cash handling, and the ability to stand in cold/freezer environments; training will cover safety, POS use, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.
• DipSide: prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and manage payments.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Maintain store safety and discourage shoplifting and gas drive-offs.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and temperatures monitored.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
