Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach classes not to exceed 18 hours per academic year.
• Prepare syllabi for new/revised courses and follow guides.
• Prepare textbooks and readings lists for courses.
• Keep accurate attendance and grades and submit to Registrar.
• Promote student participation in activities and projects.
• Meet teacher certification requirements as required.
• Continue professional development and college liaison work.
• Assist in communications about college progress and events.
• Use test scores to understand student needs and capabilities.
• Cooperate on research and enforce college rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
