Job summary

Comfort Wave, partnering with Home Depot, seeks a Lead Generator for part-time, in-store engagement in Oklahoma City. You’ll greet customers, discuss HVAC options, and qualify prospects to connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

Work 20–25 hours weekly, weekends required. Base pay $17/hour with uncapped commissions (typical $20–$30/hour). Strong communication, positivity, and self-motivation are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old minimum.
• Face-to-face communication skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Active listening and asking open-ended questions.
• Able to stand/walk for 4–8 hours.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Communicate the benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate conversations with customers during their shopping experience in-store.
• Qualify prospects and generate leads for sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot staff and management.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and staff.
• Meet program KPIs and participate in meetings/trainings.
