Job summary

Comfort Wave is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to engage Home Depot customers and identify HVAC needs. You’ll present solutions, qualify prospects, and generate leads for the sales team in a busy store environment.

You’ll build relationships with Home Depot staff, educate customers about our HVAC program, and strive to meet program KPIs while attending scheduled trainings and meetings. Weekend work is required, with incentives including base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong in-person communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and qualify potential customers.
• Comfortable working in a retail-oriented environment and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance in Home Depot environment.
