Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City seeks a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/ Archery Merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess their needs and guide them to products that fit their outdoor goals.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, merchandising, and delivering a legendary shopping experience. You will promote CLUB membership and in-store pickup, keep shelves stocked, and support seasonal floor moves.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales in hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• GCA knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Maintain shelving and stock for hunting/archery merchandise.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Keep work area clean and well stocked.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
