Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms at our Texas store. You will greet customers, assist with buying decisions, and stock merchandise while maintaining pricing and signage per merchandising guidelines.

As a part-time team member, you will promote store programs, become a product expert through training, and contribute to a clean, well-organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA knowledge and ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 0–2 years retail experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identify needs and recommend products.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Maintain pricing, signing and merchandising guidelines on the floor.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and well stocked.
