Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms. This role greets customers, explains product features, and helps guide buying decisions.

You will promote store programs and keep the gun counter well-stocked and organized. Employees enjoy part-time benefits such as retail discounts, dental and vision coverage, 401k, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales and pricing/signage.
• Keep merchandise organized and stocked on the Gun Counter non-Firearms.
