Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, production and attendance standards. This role focuses on a productive, compliant work environment across shifts and levels.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, implement development plans, ensure thorough orientation and ongoing coaching, and maintain strong cross‑functional communication with management and operations to optimize performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Promotes a positive, team‑oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter‑departmental cooperation.
• Implements employee personal development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures orientation, training materials and regular evaluations are provided.
