Job summary

UPS Phoenix Hub is seeking a part-time Hub Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain safety, production and attendance standards. You will lead workgroups, promote collaboration and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing resources for maximum output, and developing staff through orientation and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and fosters positive teamwork across levels.
