Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review UPS Small Package dispatch activity to ensure timely service.
• Assist dispatch planning and ensure staffing and equipment levels meet transportation needs.
• Oversee load and tractor planning, monitor load movements, and track equipment condition.
• Review safety reports and driver hours for regulatory compliance.
• Execute efficient dispatch plans and update plans for new customers or locations.
• Oversee yard operations and ensure correct trailer inventory and placement.
