You will coordinate with others to execute plans, ensure staffing and equipment levels, and oversee load/tractor planning and yard operations to align with planned movements. The role involves reviewing reports, addressing performance issues, and ensuring drivers and loads are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible shift hours and on weekends.
• Experience supervising employees is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts hazardous materials audits.
• Reviews safety reports.
• Verifies appropriate driver uniforms and safe work methods.
• Determines employee training needs to produce development plans.
• Conducts performance evaluations and resolves performance issues.
