The role involves coordinating hourly staffing, on-site check-ins, payroll-related tasks, and general administrative duties with a friendly, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Google Suite proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist hourly recruitment: post requisitions, schedule interviews, onboarding.
• Support event prep and on-site check-in, and reconcile day operations.
• Communicate event details to employees and volunteers.
• Handle staffing in payroll system and ensure compliance.
• Greet customers and manage office duties and inquiries.
• Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
